HR Manager required for North West London based School - ASAP Start!
Our lovely personable and highly professional client is seeking an experienced HR Manager for an ongoing temporary assignment within a reputable school in North West London. This role requires a strong school based HR background and confident use of the SIMS database.
Key duties will include
• Lead day to day HR operations across the school, ensuring compliance with policies and safeguarding requirements
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including vetting checks and maintaining records
• Advise senior leadership on HR best practice, employee relations, performance management, and policy updates
• Oversee absence management, staff wellbeing initiatives, and contract administration
• Maintain accurate HR data and reporting using SIMS
• Support wider school operational needs as required
Key requirements
• Previous HR experience within a school setting is essential
• Strong working knowledge of SIMS
• Up to date understanding of safeguarding and safer recruitment practices
• Ability to work on site full-time and start asap
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential)
