An exhilarating opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to immerse themselves into the seamless rollout of engaging projects!

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional, high-quality, compliant project activities in line with company standards and client expectations.
• Maintain precise, and well-organised accurate project documentation, including databases, logs, schedules and project plans.
• Proactively monitor the quality of project outputs, highlighting any issues to the Project Manager swiftly and clearly.
• Diligently track project risks, progress and performance, escalating concerns to keep the project on course.
• Refine work instructions, assign tasks and oversee team progress and quality.
• Set clear performance criteria and support performance management for team members.
• Inspire, motivate and support the project team, ensuring everyone has the skills, confidence and training needed to excel.
• Provide supportive line management to junior team members, working closely with the Project Manager.
• Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Support quality assurance activities in collaboration with the Technical Consultant and Project Manager.

Key Requirements:
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, confidently meeting deadlines and working seamlessly within a collaborative team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant.
• A natural motivator and supportive leader, able to inspire and guide colleagues toward shared project goals.
• Brings valuable experience in planning and a passion for shaping meaningful projects.
• Highly skilled in interpreting plans and maps, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale mail-outs and reviewing detailed reports and plans with precision.
• At least one year of proven leadership or task-management experience, ready to take the next step in a growing, ambitious team.

The ideal candidate would need previous management, or leadership experience within professional services and advanced experience working with Microsoft Office programmes.
