Project Coordinator for Executive Search

This high energy Boutique Search Firm in the West End has a dynamic opportunity for a multi tasking Admin coordinator who will be supporting Partners and Consultants within a rapidly growing company.

The responsibilities are varied and include:-

  • Diary organization
  • Travel  management
  • Delivery of client calls, scheduling , preparing pitching decks
  • Powerpoint presentations etc

Ideally you will have worked in Recruitment, Search or Internal Talent Acquisition.

Hours :- 9am to 6pm

4 days in the office , 1 WFH
