EA to CEO Role - Immediate Start!

A global non for-profit organisation based in the city of London are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support its CEO. This is a fast-paced, international role requiring exceptional organisation, professionalism and the ability to hit the ground running.

Key duties will include:

• Complex diary and multi–time zone scheduling
• High-level inbox management
• Liaising closely with senior leadership and providing full team oversight
• Preparing meeting papers, presentations and briefing packs
• Minute taking and document distribution
• Supporting recruitment processes, onboarding and offboarding
• Organising team events and away days
• Expense management
• Coordinating international travel

The successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years EA experience, ideally at C-suite level
• Strong IT skills (MS Office, Adobe, DocuSign, Zoom, WebEx)
• Experience working within a global organisation
• Proactive “can-do” attitude
• Additional languages are a plus
