Personal Assistant (Surrey) - Up to £40k

Our client is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team in Surrey (Heathrow/Ashford area) to begin immediately. They are looking for a proactive, dedicated individual who has 5+ years of experience as an EA/PA and someone who could go above and beyond in their role here.


Job role:
  • Full diary management
  • Organise meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Handle confidential information
  • Expenses
  • Booking of travel, hotels, restaurants and other reservations
  • Dictation and management of correspondence
  • Liaise across all teams
  • 5 days in the office (40-hour work week)

Ideal candidate:
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • MS Office proficiency
  • 5 years EA/PA experience
  • Happy to travel to Heathrow/Ashford area (possibly by car).
