Customer-Focused Assistant Manager

Join an award-winning company known for exceptional customer service. We are seeking a friendly, proactive Assistant Manager to support our team in a luxurious office environment. Based in Birmingham City Centre, we require people who understand the importance of excellent customer service, as in this role you will be liaising with a variety of stakeholders. You will be the person they remember, a friendly face they see every day. This role is a mix of administration, facilities management, event coordination and front of house duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day to day administrative tasks, including bookings and front of house duties.
  • Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and manage meeting rooms and event spaces, creating a welcoming environment for clients.
