Assistant Manager – Office and Client Services
Working for an award-winning company at the forefront of excellent customer service, we are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team in our luxurious offices based in Birmingham City Centre. In this role, where professional service is paramount, we are seeking someone who is friendly, proactive, and able to go beyond in their levels of customer service.
The role involves catering to the business’s needs by working in facilities and liaising with different stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will liaise with contractors to make sure all the building’s requirements are met for clients. Supporting the manager, you will also be responsible for day-to-day administrative duties, including managing bookings, addressing client needs, and handling front-of-house duties when required.
Creating a welcoming environment for stakeholders every time they visit, ensuring all meeting rooms and event spaces are properly managed, is also an essential part of this role.
