Team Assistant and PA for lively and social boutique finance business in city centre!
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing boutique Midlands based accountancy practice in a varied and involved business support role. Dealing with all the administration of their clients you will be working alongside 3-4 Partners as well as associates to help coordinate and support on their client work.
You will be working with a great team of accountancy and wealth management professionals providing support to the day-to-day dealings as well as drafting client engagement letters, managing the fee earners’ diaries, confirming appointments and handling communications from their clients by phone and email. This will mean liaising with external parties such as Heads of Finance from schools, colleges, trusts as well as private individuals so you will have good verbal and written communications skills and a positive, professional manner. Alongside the busy admin side, you’ll also be supporting with the marketing and events for the Birmingham office. This role is highly detail orientated so you will need to be confident to communicate complex information and enjoy working with external as well as internal stakeholders. It is also a very social team who provide high touch client engagement. They are a great team and being a team player with a muck-in attitude is the mainstay of this office!
You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as enjoying talking to people by phone and email. You will be working within a very professional, fun, ambitious and outgoing team where progression and personal development is encouraged. This is a fantastic role for someone who has some professional services PA or admin experience though experience from other associated sectors will also be considered – the attitude and personality of the individual are most key!
