Senior Finance Facilities and EA Manager
We are currently looking for a Facilities Manager who also will manage a team of EA's. This role is for a large Investment Bank based in the West End and is paying up to 80k. This role is suitable for a Senior EA who has Facilities and Office Manager experience in a Finance background.
The role
Line managing 7 EA’s and 2 Receptionists
Managing facilities, liaising with vendors and approvals
Book EA’s holidays and carry out appraisals
Ideally used Concur for expenses
Must have experience of budget management
Will create a new handbook
