Office Manager required for Investment Bank in Central London!
This is a fantastic newly created role due to business demand.
Duties will include line managing a team of EA's and Receptionists where you will be responsible for managing their appraisals and holiday approvals.
Facilities responsibilities will also form part of the role including liaising with vendors, suppliers and overseeing the facilities team.
You will manage and help motivate the EAs and assist them with Learning and Development initiatives, be their advocate and be their first point of contact and represent them at round tables.
The ideal candidate will have several years experience as an office manager ideally in banking and finance and have line management of an EA population.
