High-level Executive Assistant to CEO

Looking for an Executive Assistant position? We have a job for you.

Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Office Managers, Sales & Marketing Assistants and Customer Service Representatives. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.

We are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for one of our clients based in Brussels.
Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience.


The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :

  • Develop and design high-impact presentations for leadership audiences at both national and international levels. This includes gathering insights, structuring narratives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Coordinate logistics and content for Executive and Management Committee sessions, ensuring documentation such as meeting summaries and action items are completed with accuracy
  • Contribute to the design, rollout, and monitoring of new and ongoing strategic programs — from innovation efforts to corrective initiatives
  • Track the progress of corporate governance matters, including compliance with internal policies and frameworks
  • Conduct evaluations of market trends and company performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend strategic or operational enhancements
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes within the CEO Office and resolve issues that may hinder efficiency
  • Assist in executing high-priority projects led by the CEO, such as sustainability, transformation, and other corporate initiatives


Essential Skills and Experience :

  • University degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in French and/or Dutch preferred
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving
  • Confident, professional communicator with the ability to build strong relationships quickly and effectively across all levels of the organization
