HR People Manager for a global advisory firm- maternity cover contract-upto 65k ASAP Start

Our International advisory client are seeking a CIPD-qualified People Manager to cover a maternity cover contract for 12 months. Working closely with the Head of People, and the C suite team. The role will  help shape attraction, retain, and develop high performing talent across multiple sites.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to refine their people strategy, ensuring the business remains agile and future ready while working closely with a People Administrator.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, adaptable professional who thrives in a deadline driven environment  is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for both people and business. You will bring strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a collaborative mindset, with the confidence to challenge convention and find innovative solutions. A detail-oriented approach, professionalism, and a genuine interest in supporting diverse teams will be key to success in this role.
You will lead and support a wide range of people initiatives which include: 
•    managing HR systems and policy implementation 
•    oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance processes.
•    business partnering on employee relations, 
•    supporting internal communications  
•    contributing to projects such as new office openings or system improvements.
Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms is important, and knowledge of Belgian or US employment law would be advantageous. This  role is to work in their offices 4 days and 1 day from home.
