Salary: £18 p/h
Start and End Date: ASAP - 1/3 month duration
Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 (09:00 - 17:00 on a Friday)
Location: West- End
Working Pattern: 3/2 hybrid
The Role:
This role requires a confident person good at dealing with issues raised by customers. 80% of enquiries will be call based, with calls lasting anywhere between 5 minutes and can last up to 30 minutes depending on the complexity and how much back and forth conversation is required.
