As a Legal PA, you’ll play a key role in supporting senior stakeholders within the construction team, providing proactive, professional, and confidential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage diaries, inboxes, travel, and meeting coordination for senior stakeholders
• Act as a key liaison for internal and external clients
• Oversee document production, matter management, and billing administration
• Draft correspondence, presentations, and client materials
• Coordinate events and support business development initiatives
• Champion process improvements and embrace new technology
Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience in a professional services or legal environment
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and proactive approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work flexibly in a hybrid setting
The ideal candidate would need previous PA experience for this role ideally within legal or professional services and advanced experience working with Microsoft Office programmes.
