Dynamic Coordinator Position - Birmingham

Are you looking to become a PA or Executive Coordinator? If so, and you are searching for a varied, challenging and highly sought after role, we would love to hear from you.

We are currently recruiting for a Junior PA or Executive Coordinator to join a high end professional organisation based in stylish offices in Birmingham city centre. Working alongside a dedicated team, you will provide a wide range of administrative support, actively supporting fee earners in a traditional PA capacity, aiding all activity for potential new business and managing projects for live assignments.
The role will involve managing multiple diaries, arranging meetings, events and travel, liaising with clients, updating systems, assisting with events, supporting the team in developing new client relationships and carrying out finance administration. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, always working with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail who is organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload effectively. This is a hybrid position with three days a week in the company’s lovely Birmingham city centre offices.
