Legal Secretary
An exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary!

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Legal Secretary to join a glossy, progressive law firm. Working collaboratively across all legal departments, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and document support to ensure exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage digital dictation queues and prioritise tasks across departments.
- Prepare, amend and format legal documents, letters and emails.
- Handle billing, financial requests, and general file maintenance.
- Support fee earners with file opening, e-filing, and bundle preparation.
- Liaise with Office Assistants, PAs and other Secretaries to coordinate workloads.
- Provide photocopying, scanning and document collation support as required.
Key Requirements:
- Clear and professional communicator with excellent organisational skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and confident managing multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and service excellence.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and familiar with digital dictation and document production.
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable.
The ideal candidate would need previous Legal Secretary experience for this role ideally within legal or professional services and advanced experience working with Microsoft Office programmes.
