An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a forward-thinking professional services firm. This role offers the chance to work closely with senior leaders, delivering high-quality HR support across performance, employee relations, and people strategy.
The Role
You’ll act as a trusted HR partner, advising managers and employees on all aspects of the people agenda. From managing employee relations cases to driving engagement and wellbeing initiatives, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Lead on employee relations cases and policy advice
- Support projects across performance, engagement, and organisational change
- Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Advise on restructures, TUPE, and workforce planning
- Support onboarding, talent, and succession planning
- Coach and guide managers on HR best practice
What We’re Looking For
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
- 3+ years’ experience in an HR Advisory role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policy
- Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills
- Organised, proactive, and confident working under pressure
- Experience within professional services desirable
