Executive Assistant/ Team Coordinator for Boutique Search Firm!

Looking for someone to support a Founding Partner  and 2 Senior Partners in this hectic Boutique Search Firm.

Ideally want someone who can start immediately but will be happy for someone working  notice

This very exciting role has many facets which include:-

  • Booking interviews and arranging calls
  • Uploading CVs to portals
  • Updating the CRM
  • Organising events from start to finish
  • Onboarding new staff

The ideal person is someone who is:-

  • Degree educated
  • Muck in attitude
  • Great attention to detail 
  • Friendly and welcoming
