Studio Co-ordinator
An exciting opportunity for a Studio Co-ordinator!
A Design Consultancy Firm Is looking for a forward thinking, creative candidate for a Studio Co-Ordinator role!
This role is to ensure that each studio runs both smoothly and efficiently, making the environment a comfortable place to work! You will assist broader Operations Teams where needed, ensuring that the workplace is efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing reception and being the first point of contact to both the visitors and the team
• Ensure that the meeting rooms are organised and arranging bookings
• Greeting visitors upon arrival
• Managing the facilities appropriately and liaising with the appropriate contacts
• Booking travel & accommodation
• Ensure new starters are onboarded and greeted accordingly
• Office Administration duties, such as formatting project related correspondence such as minutes, memos, reports and collation of documents.
• Supporting other teams where needed, such as the Marketing Teams with information for production of internal communications, and assisting the Marketing Teams to research and plan social and learning activities, as well as taking minutes at board meetings
