Team coordinator required for leading property investment firm in the West End
Duties will include diary management, weekly financial reporting, meeting organisation and international travel arrangements as well as expenses and HR Administration.
You will liaise with other administrative task across the division on a wider team basis as well as contribute to continuing to support the internal process and client services.
We are seeking a candidate with excellent business acumen who can work pro-actively in a fast-paced team environment. You will possess excellent communication skills.
You will have a positive bubbly, upbeat attitude and enjoying working in a friendly, sociable team. Previous team secretarial experience is required working within a professional services team
