A brilliant client of ours based in stunning offices in the West End are actively seeking an experienced switched on and well-versed Facilities Co-ordinator who can complete the following duties with ease, accuracy, and professionalism:

• Coordinate and schedule building repairs and maintenance
• Manage relationships with external service providers, including cleaning, security, and landscaping companies
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and building regulations, maintain related records, and respond to safety issues
• Handle work orders, manage inventory for supplies, and assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping
• Act as a point of contact for tenants, visitors, and staff for operational issues, and assist the Facilities Manager with projects and long-term planning
• Some Front of House Duties – Corporate Reception meeting and greeting
