Gradate Customer Assistant for Large Brand!
We have an exciting position for a Customer Service Assistant to join a well-known large brand based near the JQ in Birmingham on a 2-month temporary basis around £12.43hr on a hybrid basis with 2 days in the office.
The dates are from the start of November till the start of January with 3 Saturdays included in this.
The role is a customer service tole helping with both live chat and inbound customer service calls, this could be helping with a manner of customer service queries.
The client is looking for someone who is looking to go the extra mile, good telephone manner, professional and helpful! Previous experience is not required but would be ideal.
