Personal Assistant for leading Tech Firm in Surrey

This leading Tech company in Egham Surrey is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who will be supporting the needs of Two Directors. The Directors will be extremely busy and need someone who will be able to hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities :-

  • Providing full secretarial support to the MD and Senior Team
  • Management of emails
  • Organising meetings , taking minutes etc
  • Booking of travel, accommodation, restaurants
  • Assisting with event planning
  • Generate and update reports using Microsoft Dynamics
  • Creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets

Requirements :-

  1. Proven experience as a PA 
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  4. Must be able to get to the office in Egham, Surrey. Parking available
