Temporary Corporate Receptionist - Prestigious Firm

We are seeking a professional and diligent Temporary Receptionist to join a prestigious business services firm in the heart of the City of London. This is a short-term assignment spanning up to a 12 week period starting asap, supporting an office of 200 individuals. This candidate must have previously worked in a luxury hospitality environment, as well as having 2 years' experience as a Corporate Receptionist.

Duration: Up to 12 Weeks
Location: Mayfair
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-time (Office-based), 08:00 - 17:00 / 09:00 - 18:00
Salary: £14 p/h
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for client, in the process meeting and greeting them
  • Prepare meeting rooms appropriately when required
  • Ensure replacement of refreshments
  • Maintenance of audio visual equipment
  • Assurance that the reception area is presented to the highest standard at all times
