Receptionist within a luxury boutique office upto 38k

A warm and welcoming receptionist is required to meet and greet clients. This role requires a proactive individual with strong front of house skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
•    Warmly greeting a high volume of guests and guiding them to meeting rooms
•    Preparing, setting up, and maintaining meeting spaces to the highest standard
•    Organising refreshments and overseeing food and beverage service for clients and visitors
•    Coordinating and managing food deliveries, serving as required
•    Occasionally booking taxis and running errands to support the wider team

Chosen candidate:
•    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high-end luxury office setting
•    Immaculate presentation and professional demeanour
•    Exceptional interpersonal skills with a naturally charming and welcoming manner
•    A flexible, hands-on attitude and a willingness to “muck in” when needed
