Corporate Receptionist for leading Advisory Firm

This high profile Global Advisory firm has a fabulous opportunity for a Receptionist  who will play a vital role in creating a professional and welcoming environment in the London Office based in Victoria

You will be working alongside another Receptionist in the office 5 days a week.

The duties are plentiful and include:-

  • Welcoming all visitors
  • Coordinating all refreshments ensuring all meeting rooms are stocked
  • Directing calls from the main switchboard, taking messages
  • Receiving deliveries
  • Managing meeting rooms and VC bookings
  • Handling bookings for couriers and taxis 
  • Working with the Facilities Manager on maintenance and security issues

Ideally you will :_

  • Have previous front of house reception and admin experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skill
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Be hardworking and reliable
  •  team player
