Corporate Receptionist for leading Advisory Firm
This high profile Global Advisory firm has a fabulous opportunity for a Receptionist who will play a vital role in creating a professional and welcoming environment in the London Office based in Victoria
You will be working alongside another Receptionist in the office 5 days a week.
The duties are plentiful and include:-
- Welcoming all visitors
- Coordinating all refreshments ensuring all meeting rooms are stocked
- Directing calls from the main switchboard, taking messages
- Receiving deliveries
- Managing meeting rooms and VC bookings
- Handling bookings for couriers and taxis
- Working with the Facilities Manager on maintenance and security issues
Ideally you will :_
- Have previous front of house reception and admin experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Be hardworking and reliable
- team player
