Corporate Receptionist in International, Dynamic Recruitment company, West End

Global international executive search firm is seeking a full-time Receptionist!

This role could either be Temp to Perm or straight permanent. The core hours are 10am-6.30pm Monday-Friday in the office.

You will be the first point of contact for all guests and callers. The Receptionist will play a key role in the welcoming environment in the London office. This is a busy, front of house role requiring excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and a service-orientated mindset.

You will work on the Reception desk with one other and you will cover the following hours

7.45am- 4.15pm (Early Shift) and 10am-6pm with a one hour lunch break.

Previous FOH corporate Reception experience is required. You will have excellent communication skills with confidence interacting with senior Executives. You will show strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. With a warm and friendly manner you will meet and greet visitors and have confidence dealing with senior level Executives. Duties include answering the switchboard, organising refreshments, receiving deliveries, bookings of couriers and taxis. You will also co-ordinate ad-hoc events and support with the onboarding and training of new reception staff.

In addition, you will liaise with the Facilities Manager and building management team as well on security and maintenance issues.
