Sourcing and Procurement Specialist in Tech
Birmingham City Centre, Hybrid (2 days in the office), full time and permanent offering between 55-60k a year!
In this role, you’ll work closely with public sector clients and suppliers, leading efforts to embed early payment into council-led sourcing and streamline supplier onboarding.
Responsibilities:
• Leading the sourcing/procurement workstream across construction and other categories
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior client stakeholders and public bodies
• Supporting clients through process changes and resolving complex tender-related queries
• Driving internal projects—automation, reporting, and continuous improvement
• Partnering with Client Success Managers and the Head of Sourcing on tailored interventions and implementation support
Experience:
Previous experience within procurement is essential for this role, working within construction contracts. The knowledge of the contracts is vital and experience working with various stakeholders.
