Part time Administrator with strong Excel skills
We are currently looking for a part time Administrator with strong excel skills to join a corporate firm based in Central London. Pro rata this role will be 30 - 35k and is based in the office 3 days a week. This position will start at the end of October.
The role
First point of contact for Freeholders and Leaseholders
Manage relationships with key stakeholders
Respond to emails and track responses
Prepare end of month reports for submission to the Directors
Ensure all contracts are up to date, manage invoices for each client
Keep on top of the occupancy schedule
Make payments to suppliers
Monitor the expenditure vs budget alongside outstanding debtors using excel
