Multitasking PA perfect for Private Equity Firm

If you are looking for a busy PA role where no two days are the same then this is a fantastic role for you.

Based in gorgeous offices in the West End, this Private Equity Firm needs you to  undertake a variety of tasks such as:-

  • Managing complex diaries
  • Organising domestic and international travel
  • Act as a gatekeeper for incoming calls and emails
  • Support the planning  and coordination of team meetings, client events and team social events
  • Meet and greet clients for meetings and setting up all meeting rooms

You will be:-

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role in a professional services or finance environment (not essential but desirable).

• Experience of supporting multiple senior team members concurrently.

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital scheduling and collaboration tools.

• Proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
