Learning and Development Co-ordinator
We are seeking a Learning and Development Co-Ordinator to join a large business based near Solihull in Birmingham! This is offering between 28-32k a year dependant on experience, hybrid and perm position.
Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for learning programmes, with a focus on management development
• Communicate with participants and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Support and co-deliver internal workshops where needed
• Track timelines, budgets, and documentation across all programme activities
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to support effective rollouts
• Gather feedback and data to evaluate programme impact and support improvements
• Prepare clear reports and maintain accurate records
• Build strong relationships with participants, managers, and external partners
• Act as the main contact for programme-related queries
Experience:
Previous experience in learning and development or equivalent is required for this role, ideally within a professional service or corporate environment.
