Key Responsibilities:
• Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls
• Checking in and out in a timely fashion
• Undertaking payments and creating invoices
• Ensuring appointment bookings are done correctly and efficiently
• Undertaking general administrative duties as required
• Previous customer service experience is a must
