Private Equity Firm in Dubai Needs a Brilliant Team Assistant!

A rapidly growing very established Private Equity firm based in Dubai, UAE are currently actively recruiting for a bright, capable and switched-on Team Assistant to support the Head of Technology and the wider team with the following key duties within a permanent capacity:

• Extensive diary and inbox management
• Travel, visa and itinerary arranging
• Expense processing
• Event organisation and management
• Ad hoc project work in Excel/PowerPoint

This role will be of a fast-paced nature and require an excellent level of attention to detail at all times.

This role will compliment a strong multitasker and someone who is highly organised and takes great pride in all their work.
