Up and Coming Motor Firm Seeks Up and Coming Office Manager!
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to start asap in the West End of London for a rapidly growing Motor vehicle company! This role will be central to the success of this office and business, and key duties will include the following:
● Facilities & Building Management: Act as the primary contact for all building management, facilities, and maintenance issues.
● Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key vendors, including cleaning, facilities, and liaising with the landlord.
● Employee Experience: Proactively identify opportunities to improve the in-office experience for all employees - in close collaboration with the People, IT and Internal Comms teams, in particular. You’ll also lead on welcoming new starters, and visitors.
● Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
● Office Supplies: Oversee the procurement and management of all office supplies, including groceries and stationery.
● Events & Socials: Lead the planning and execution of internal events and socials.
● Budgeting: Manage the office budget for supplies, repairs, and events, ensuring all spending is tracked and reported accurately.
