Client Services Team leader upto 70k
Our client who is an innovative establishment is seeking a Client Services team leader to manage the Client Services function, leading a team of 12 with a focus on people development, collaboration, and operational excellence.
The chosen candidate will need a passion for building high-performing teams, strong people skills, and the ability to run engaging meetings, review goals, and ensure client projects are delivered to the highest standard.
This role combines leadership with strategic thinking, project and change management, and a client-focused mindset. The role will partner with senior leaders on client reviews, compliance, and operational strategy while also driving productivity, improving processes, and identifying opportunities to generate growth and expand the team.
Ideally the candidate will need to have proven team management experience, commercial awareness, and a background in client services or operations.
