Experienced Temporary PA – Immediate Start Available

Excellent opportunity for an experienced PA to support an individual in a senior executive role in Birmingham. You will provide extensive business and personal support, along with assistance to the wider team and office management responsibilities. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious PA looking to play a key role in organising a range of high-profile events and managing a variety of administrative tasks, all while working for a prestigious and globally recognised corporation. 

The role is looking to start in the immediate future and will run until December, with the potential to turn into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Duties include providing proactive and comprehensive support to the executives, extensive and complex diary management, coordinating international travel including visas, itineraries and foreign currency, building strong relationships with key stakeholders including international clients, working closely with the Founders to anticipate needs and priorities, acting as a gatekeeper and making informed decisions on their behalf, organising key meetings and events, undertaking research projects, drafting high level correspondence including memos, emails and letters, and processing and managing all expenses.
The ideal candidate will have previous PA experience, ideally within a fast-paced finance or professional services environment, a strong team-oriented approach, a professional attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, excellent diary management skills, and the ability to navigate a large and complex organisation, quickly understanding its structure and processes.
