Receptionist Role with Facilities Support – Oxford

We have a fantastic opportunity available with a finance company for a front of house receptionist role based in Oxford. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for a warm, confident individual with a bubbly personality who enjoys engaging with people and delivering excellent service. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, so professionalism and a welcoming approach are essential.


The role involves a variety of front desk responsibilities, including greeting guests, answering queries, managing booking enquiries, answering the telephone, and liaising with other departments within the company. You will also be expected to keep sundries stocked, provide refreshments when needed, and assist with clearing up after events. In addition, there will be some collaboration with the facilities team, so flexibility and teamwork are important.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a customer facing role, demonstrates strong organisational skills, and is confident dealing with guests and visitors. The ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a busy environment is key, along with a friendly and approachable personality that helps create a positive first impression for anyone entering the building.
