A well-known firm are seeking a proactive and organised Projects Team Administrator to join their growing team - demanding an organised head!


You will be:
  • Providing essential administrative support to the various teams
  • Managing documentation, reports, and team coordination
  • Attending client visits regularly
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth project execution
  • Supporting the Operations Director and contributing to ongoing process improvements

You will be someone with:
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong spelling and attention to detail
  • Confident, self-motivated and able to manage a varied workload
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus (but not essential)
