Are You an Administrator on a Mission?
A well-known firm are seeking a proactive and organised Projects Team Administrator to join their growing team - demanding an organised head!
You will be:
- Providing essential administrative support to the various teams
- Managing documentation, reports, and team coordination
- Attending client visits regularly
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Supporting the Operations Director and contributing to ongoing process improvements
You will be someone with:
- Solid experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written communication skills with strong spelling and attention to detail
- Confident, self-motivated and able to manage a varied workload
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus (but not essential)
