Data & Systems Support Specialist in a law firm
Nottingham City Centre (12-month FTC), hybrid, full time.
The Responsibilities:
• Participate in the Data Improvement Group to identify and implement system enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date contact information for key entities such as Courts, Mediators, and Experts.
• Action changes based on exception reports and recommendations to improve system efficiency.
• Support User Acceptance Testing for new features and updates, ensuring functionality and performance.
• Assist training teams by sharing expert knowledge of system functionalities.
• Serve as a key point of contact for system-related queries and training support.
• Report regularly to the Product Owner on areas of low engagement, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
• Help prepare process documentation and training materials.
• Handle reporting and escalations for restricted matters with appropriate security protocols.
• Manage and update access permissions for sensitive information in line with compliance standards.
For this role you will need experience working within a legal firm on legal case matter systems.
