Branding Executive
Branding & Communications Executive for a large business
Solihull, Fulltime, Hybrid, £26-29k
This role is looking for someone who is passionate about pushing a brand to strengthen the employer brand and the internal culture!
Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and creation of engaging content for social media, including video and photography for employer branding campaigns.
• Promote positive news stories from across the network and obtain permissions for employee participation in content.
• Monitor and analyse platform performance to inform future content strategies.
• Encourage employee engagement through platforms like Glassdoor and Indeed by boosting reviews and testimonials.
• Assist with maintaining and improving the careers website, analysing performance and recommending updates.
• Write and design internal communications materials—newsletters, posters, spotlights, and benefit renewal content.
• Conduct research and assist with entries for external awards and industry accolades.
• Collaborate on employer rebrand projects—ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across posters, uniforms, values, and other assets.
• Partner with recruiters to ensure job postings and outreach efforts reflect our employer brand.
• Build external relationships with community partners and organisations through networking, events, and diversity initiatives
• Represent the brand at recruitment fairs and collaborate with local job centres, councils, and educational institutions.
Experience:
• A confident communicator with strong writing and content creation skills and a creative mindset with an eye for branding, design, and digital storytelling.
• Experience working within social media management, internal communications, or employer branding for a least 12 months is essential for this role.
