HR Executive

My client based in Birmingham are a reputable and highly regarded business within their field. Their progressive working culture has allowed for the development of new ways of working to ensure the best possible service levels for all internal staff. An opportunity has arisen for an HR Executive to join their team.

This role is a blended mix of HR employee lifecycle support and administration but also low-level ER case management, rewards, benefits and learning and development. The role will entail:

• Managing and administering the employee lifecycle
• Providing front-facing support to line managers with all their needs
• Dealing with non-complex Employee relations cases
• Supporting with and implementing learning and development initiatives
• Managing and accessing multiple systems to produce HR documents and reports
• In addition, you will support with general HR policy queries, ER Projects, attending and minuting meetings and Visa enquiries.
• You will support Exit interviews and the leaver process.

Applicants will have previous HR Generalist Exposure to employee relations cases is important as you will be managing some ER cases and learning and development would be desirable.

Applicants will be able to demonstrate that they have a proven track record in an HR Support role (18 months to two years specific HR) and ready for the next step.
