Production Coordinator

This widely renowned Business Services which specialises in the production of Office merchandise has an opportunity for a  bright , proactive Coordinator who will be supporting the production team .

The key responsibilities:-

  • Scheduling - creating and maintaining production schedules, call sheets , organising travel, accommodation etc
  • Resource Management - ensuring timely delivery of materials, managing budgets and tracking costs
  • Communication - serving as point of contact between the teams , departments and stakeholders
  • Problem solving  - resolving minor issues on set to keep the production lines going
  • Networking - attending events and connecting with partners

You will have :-

  • A degree in Design Media or Business
  • A "can-do" attitude and a fun personality
  • Creative , hardworking
