A leading and global Asset Management firm based in the West End are currently actively seeking an immediately available capable and personable Team Assistant to support the Sales Team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contractual basis.

The successful candidate will be used to working at pace and will thrive in a busy and dynamic working environment.

Previous knowledge of Salesforce will be desirable but not essential.

Key duties for the role will include:

• Diary management
• Travel and itinerary arranging
• Expense processing
• Creating PowerPoint presentations
• Using and updating Salesforce
