Executive Assistant – Supporting Leadership and Operations
We have the perfect opportunity for a highly organised Executive Assistant to join a new role working closely with the company’s directors, using all your skills to take charge in this exciting position. The right candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills as you will be required to communicate with people at all levels within the organisation. This is a varied Executive Assistant role, so organisation is key in this fast-paced environment as you will occasionally support more than one executive. Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing and organising meetings for the leadership team, including sorting presentations, documentation, and agendas when required
• Managing all corporate correspondence, including reporting, editing, and drafting
• Supporting and organising company events and planning
• Booking and organising travel nationally and potentially internationally
• Producing and collating essential briefings, documents, and presentations, sourcing accurate information for meetings involving both internal and external stakeholders
• Managing diaries for the leadership team, including personal calendars, organising appointments, meetings, and events
The ideal candidate will have:
• Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with all levels within the company and with external stakeholders
• Previous experience supporting an executive or C-suite individual
• A willingness to contribute and work effectively in a fast-paced role
• Business administration experience and or relevant qualification
• Excellent time management skills
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High levels of discretion and confidentiality
