Events Team Assistant – Office Based

Are you looking to transition into an office-based environment? We have an exciting opportunity for the right person, someone with previous customer service experience and a positive, proactive approach. This role is based in Birmingham city centre in stunning offices and offers a genuinely lovely working atmosphere.

We are looking for someone to join our events team in a role that blends hospitality with front desk support. The ideal candidate will have a warm and energetic personality and feel comfortable interacting with people at all levels. You will be supporting events that cater to both internal and external stakeholders, so professionalism and excellent communication skills is key.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing excellent customer service to clients, stakeholders and invited guests
Supporting the front of house team and handling correspondence when required
Managing all responsibilities confidently and professionally
Organising and coordinating event spaces when needed
Liaising with caterers efficiently and clearly
Assisting with general administrative duties as required

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous customer service experience
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A team player mindset with a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills and a friendly telephone manner
