Project Coordinator


Are you a strong organiser with a passion for sustainability, technology, and process improvement? An entrepreneurial design solutions to construction business is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join their forward-thinking team.

This role is mainly remote with a few days per month in office (Birmingham City Centre)

As Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in delivering innovative client projects and supporting operational excellence. Working with colleagues and suppliers, you will help drive high standards through meticulous documentation, process management, and a commitment to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end project activities
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Produce and update method statements and risk assessments.
  • Administer project documentation and support compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
  • Support audits and quality management initiatives.
  • Liaise with suppliers, obtain quotations, and track delivery and performance.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders.
  • Administer carbon accountability paperwork and support sustainability tracking.
  • Manage and track service contracts, ensuring timely renewals and SLAs are met.
  • Produce status updates, meeting minutes, and support wider business administration.
  • Champion a culture of quality, collaboration, and continual improvement.
Applicants will have previous Project Support experience ideally within another construction or related environment.
