Role: HR Advisor for International Professional Service Firm
Temporary to permanent
Salary: 32-24k a year
Hybrid working, full time
The Responsibilities
Sitting within the shared service centre team, this role is focuses on the below duties:
- Case management of a range of HR and ER cases
- Advise on internally policies
- Leading on ER cases such as probation process, absence management, dismissals, requests internally, capabilities etc
- Looking at employee relations projects
- Maintaining the Visa and Right to Work to process
- Occupational health referrals
- Policy enquires
- Assisting with exit interviews
- Liaising on offboarding and pre-employment screening
The Experience
For this role you would need previous HR advisory experience with exposure to ER and case management alongside other generalist duties.
