Business Development & Client Onboarding Executive
My client is our Fin-tech firm with a growing reputation. An opportunity has arisen for a Supplier/Client Onboarding Advisor to join their dynamic and progressive team. The role will be working two days in office in a lively, entrepreneurial environment.
The role requires an individual with strong communication skills who can speak to suppliers directly and then follow through the onboarding process managing every query and have escalation with a personal and detailed approach ensuring you are meeting the highest of expectations. You will have the opportunity to understand and learn about new finance platforms but also how to hand-hold each supplier/client through the process.
You will:
• Contact suppliers/clients directly offering the opportunity to join the process reaching out directly.
• Understanding and speaking to the decision maker.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers suggesting additional products or opportunities.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers.
• Managing the CRM
• Being the first point of contact for dealing with any queries, escalations and clarification
Applicants will be confident speaking to external clients in an advisory manner and then experience of managing client needs from start to finish.
