Working for a dynamic and inspiring, newly promoted CEO this EA role will form the backbone to their administration and organisational support. Based in their new West End offices, as well as remotely, this is key position supporting the CEO in his new global role and offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated EA!
If you have strong business support experience gained through Executive PA roles this is great opportunity to work at global c-suite level. The role will require excellent diary and travel management, including good experience having worked across multiple time zones. You will be actively managing the inbox and liaising extensively with his wider exec as well as the M&A team. If you have worked on Investor Relations projects or helped coordinate roadshows this would be bonus! It would suit an EA with a solid (5-10 years) PA or EA experience ideally in PE, Venture Capital or investments.
The business is part of a larger global group with interests in various areas of finance and financial services with this established arm of the business works in specialist product areas for the global markets. Based on recent market penetration an EA who is proficient in business level French would be a bonus but this is not essential. There is the opportunity to work in other offices and with the extensive travel of the CEO this role will need to be able to easily access the West End (or City) offices at short notice but there is excellent flexibility to work from home when the CEO is travelling. The dynamic nature of the diary however does mean that specific days at home cannot be guaranteed.
The CEO has been described as highly personable, engaging and a strong leader. He is looking for an EA to complement his style and offer the level of support necessary for a CEO with his remit. The role offers great scope to add tangible value to the person you are supporting and to form a strong team with your principal!

You will need to enjoy a fast paced business, embrace the attention to detail required as well as be able add value beyond the standard duties.
