Office Manager within serviced offices temp to perm upto 60k

An operational manager is required for luxury offices based in various locations.

This role is paying upto 60k initially on a 3 month contract with the potential of moving into a permanent role.

This is a hands on role and chosen candidate will need proven experience in managing facilities, HR, Recruitment, and IT functions

About the Role:
You will be at the heart of the business, supporting and streamlining back-office operations. From managing supplier relationships and overseeing budgets to leading workflow processes and team coordination, this role requires a proactive individual who thrives on variety and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR and recruitment processes, supporting employee lifecycle and talent initiatives
  • Manage supplier relationships and contracts across IT and Facilities
  • Lead on budget tracking and cost management across functions
  • Support the implementation and improvement of internal systems and workflows
  • Provide day-to-day team management and act as a go-to person across departments
Ideal candidate will need to be: 
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communicator and approachable team leader
  • Proven experience managing complex workflows and budgets
  • Comfortable working across multiple functions and juggling competing priorities
  • A hands-on approach with a collaborative, can-do mindset
